Individual Therapy
Healing Happens When We Listen to the Whole Self.
A compassionate space to explore the somatic, relational, and attachment-based patterns that shape your life. Together, we work to build internal safety and foster lasting resilience.
I believe meaningful therapy goes beyond understanding why you feel the way you do. Lasting change happens when we begin to understand how your experiences live in your body, shape your relationships, and influence the ways you respond to yourself and the world around you.
My approach to individual therapy is somatic, relational, and attachment-focused, integrating EMDR and Psychodramatic Bodywork to support deeper healing and lasting change. Together, we explore the patterns that may have developed as ways of protecting you and that may once have served an important purpose but no longer fit the life you want to live. Rather than judging or trying to eliminate these responses, we develop curiosity about them and create new possibilities for how you can respond.
Working With the Mind and Body
Somatic therapy helps us pay attention to what is happening in your body, noticing sensations, impulses, emotions, and nervous system responses that can provide important about your experience. This can help you develop greater emotional regulation, self-awareness, and a stronger sense of safety and choice.
Attachment-focused therapy explores how your early relationships and experiences may have shaped your beliefs about yourself, others, and relationships. We work toward creating greater security, self-compassion, and healthier ways of connecting.
EMDR can help process distressing experiences that continue to affect you in the present. Rather than simply talking about what happened, EMDR supports the brain and nervous system in processing experiences that may feel unresolved or continue to trigger strong emotional or physical responses.
Psychodramatic Bodywork offers another pathway for exploring experiences that may be difficult to access through words alone. Through carefully guided experiential work, we can bring awareness to embodied emotions, relational patterns, and parts of your experience that may need acknowledgment, expression, or integration.

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

A RELATIONAL & SOMATIC JOURNEY
Individual therapy is a collaborative process designed to help you navigate the complexities of your inner world. By integrating somatic awareness with relational and attachment-based perspectives, we explore how early connections and physiological patterns influence your present capacity for intimacy and self-regulation. This depth-oriented approach focuses on healing the nervous system, allowing you to move beyond survival strategies toward a state of embodied presence and secure connection with yourself and others.
